Abhirup Chatterjee is an Indian Drummer and Percussionist. He plays drums, tabla, octapad, cajon, djembe, kanjira and so on. Born and brought up at Nabadwip. He has received music training from his father Anup Chatterjee since the age of six years and practicing drumming to Legendary Gaurab Chatterjee.

Biography
Abhirup Chatterjee is an Indian Drummer and Percussionist. He plays drums, tabla, octapad, cajon, djembe, kanjira and so on.
He started working as a drummer in Kolkata Music Industry since 2011 after forming his own Band Crazy petalS which becomes popular now a days.
Abhirup has performed with Renowned Tollywood Playback Singer Timir Biswas as well as with his famous band ‘Timir Biswas Live’ and now he is working with Bollywood & Tollywood Playback Singer Sayani Palit and with Anwesha Dutta, Champion of Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa, 2014.
He has appeared in the most popular Indian TV Reality Show Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2022 as a drummer. He has been performing on renowned Indian Bengali TV and FM Channels like Doordarshan, Aakash Aath, Rupashi Bangla, R Plus News, Zee 24 Ghanta, 93.5 Red FM, Friends FM for a long time.
Internationally Abhirup has travelled to Thailand and Bangladesh.
